Our non-profit charitable organization is committed to fundraise $750,000 for this spring’s preparatory work and to continue with a $ 3 million for the project itself. The total building budget for our Independent Living Complex of 80 units is $14 million.

Suomi Esti Maja (seniors apartments) Provides a warm atmosphere and clean surroundings to help each resident to feel comfortable and safe in their surroundings. Many activities are planned and residents can be as busy and involved as they desire or, they can just enjoy the company of others.
Kotitalo (Assisted living) Residents bring furnishings and personal items to make their apartments "home." The staff help with housekeeping and laundry and good meals are provided daily. Activities are planned to keep residents engaged and as busy and happy as possible. Independence is encouraged.
Mauno Kaihla Koti (nursing home- total care) Our nursing home has ward, semi-private and private accommodation. Residents are encouraged to bring personal items to decorate their rooms to help with adjustment. Staff are friendly and helpful and try very hard to make each person feel comfortable and secure. Meals are provided with care and attention to special dietary needs.
